Blue Ribbon 4-H Projects by County

4-H members complete 4-H projects under the guidance of an adult helper on a wide variety of topics.  These projects may consist of a project booklet, activity record, record guide, and exhibit.  The projects are graded and assigned a score out of 100 points.

All of the 4-H projects showcased in the State 4-H Exhibit received a blue ribbon at the county level (score of 90+ out of 100 points).
